POLICY and PLANS
When we launched our new charitable structure at the start of 2024, we also embarked on an ambitious programme to “Open Tennis Up” in Kent – reflecting the LTA mission within our county plans for Kent in 2024.
We want to make inclusion the norm rather than the exception, ensuring our sport reflects the diversity of our communities. We fully recognise that this needs to be a long-term commitment, but we are determined to provide the leadership and support that will incrementally improve the diversity of the tennis landscape across Kent.

Through our 1 for All initiative, we want to encourage tennis clubs in Kent to spend 1% of their gross income on programmes which open Tennis for all. Click HERE for further details.
