From 1 January 2024, Kent Tennis changed its legal structure from a volunteer led unincorporated Association (with a Board of Management, Council and a part time staffed Office Team) to a volunteer led Charitable Incorporated Organisation (with a Board of Trustees, several Committees and a part time staffed Office Team). The new full title is the Kent Tennis Charitable Incorporated Organisation, but still known as Kent Tennis.

The Kent Tennis Charitable Incorporated Organisation and its predecessor, Kent County Lawn Tennis Association, held their Annual General Meetings on Monday 29 April 2024 at 7pm at Newstead Wood School (and online via Zoom) where the Annual Review, annual accounts and current Board of Trustees were approved and elected respectively, as well as presenting the trophies from the Winter 2022/23 and Summer 2023 Kent Tennis HEAD Inter-Club Leagues.
